Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, but a return request must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item for a return to be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be inspected within 3 business days of receipt, must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, or unused, with or without tags as received, with hair net, and in its original packaging. You also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at valeta@valmurrwigs.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. Items must be returned with approval to be accepted. You must always contact me for any return instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if you have a concern. We do not send items that are defective or damaged, nor do we send wrong items so we need to ensure that issues are resolved quickly.
Exceptions / non-refundable/ non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include custom products (special orders or personalized items). If your items are customized with or without discounts, they are not refundable since they are made specifically for you. Contact me, if you have questions or concerns about your item.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COLOURS VARY WHEN SEEN ON DIFFERENT DEVICE SCREENS DESPITE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IMAGES OF EACH UNIT; PHONES AND COMPUTER SCREENS MAY CAUSE SLIGHT ABERRATIONS IN REPRESENTING COLOURS ACCURATELY.
We do not accept returns on sale items or buyer remorse reasons (change of mind, purchase from a different supplier, or any reason except manufacturer's defect). We do not send items with manufacturer defects.
Exchanges
Once the item to be exchanged is approved, and received, an item with a similar cost will be returned to you. If the cost of the item you choose is higher, we will accept payment for the difference through a payment processor convenient to both of us. You do not need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon approval of a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. Once your item is in the same condition that it was sent to you (new, unworn, or unused, with or without tags, with hair net, and in its original packaging), you will be informed when the refund is processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company processing time may vary, and it could take a few days to process and post the refund to your account. This depends on the financial institutions, and the processing times do not occur on weekends.
