Our legitimate website is valmurrwigs.org. The name of our website is "Valmurr Wigs Wefts And More" on Pinterest, and Facebook. On Instagram, it is Valmurrwigs2023 and on TIKTOK, it is @valetamurray1 with username Valeta Murray735

You will notice that all my business pages can be identified by my logo "Valmurr Wigs Couture". If you do not see my logo on the website, that website is FAKE. DO NOT PURCHASE. PLEASE NOTIFY ME. My Facebook profile page URL is https://www.facebook.com/Valmurr2009.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, Affirm, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Bank deposit, Money Order, and Cash. Shop Pay and Paypal are now offering up to 4 intallments to facilitate persons who cannot pay all at once.

How do I purchase the item?

Please visit valmurrwigs.org. Click on the catalog tab at the top of the storefront page, look for the category of the product in the drop-down box. Click on the category then look for the product. You may apply any discount code being offered at check out. 20% discount will be applied to all items at check out including sale items.

Do you offer any further discounts?

Yes, we do. When you click on "Valmurr Rewards" on the Storefront banner, an App will invite you to sign up for rewards. You will receive points for purchasing, points for giving product feedback, points for giving store feedback, points for sharing your feedback on Trustpilot, Google and on your social media as well as points for any other actions suggested by the App that you can perform to get rewards. You can use your points for further discounts when purchasing again. We are currently working on "giving back to customers" by offering a percentage of each purchase amount after an item has been purchased. 

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, only for addresses within the United States. It is advisable, however, to ensure you use a valid address when registering on the website so that your package is delivered to your home or office. Any unclaimed package which is delivered to the P.O. Box will be returned if not claimed within a certain period of time. If the package is returned, a refund will not be processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Low cost shipping is offered to all international customers to facilitate hassle-free delivery.

What are your processing times?

Processing times vary. The processing time for each product is written at the end of the description of each product. When processing time is longer than expected, you will be notified. Infrequently the customization may be longer than 30 business days. We ask for your patience when this happens as we are constanlty improving our processing times. 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we do. We request that you send a message with any details which may help to design the product you need. We will need to know the type of product and the color. Please send a picture of the color, your head size or head measurement, the hair length, the density or weight, lace type and color, and any special features needed, if the product is not already listed. We will confirm and reconfirm the specifications of your order to ensure that we are both comfortable with the expected outcome. 

When can I cancel an order?

NB* Your order must be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, the order is not eligible to be canceled.

What is your return policy?

You have a window of 3 business days after receiving an item to inspect it and request a return. When our items are completed, they are carefully checked by the quality control team. I check again, before the item is shipped. If I do not hear from you within 3 business days of delivery, the return widow will be automatically closed. Items must be in the same condition as sent, new, unworn, or unused, with or without tags, with hair net, and in their original packaging along with the proof of purchase when approval for a return is granted. Customer must bear the shipping cost for returns. NB* We will not accept returns for customized products because they will be made according to your request, due to hygienic concerns, and are personalized items. 

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, no missing pieces, (new, unworn or unused, with or without tags, with hair net, and in its original packaging), You will be informed when the refund is approved. Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company processing time may vary, and could take a few days to process and post the refund to your account. This depends on the financial institutions and the processing times do not occur on weekends. 

Are the pictures and videos of the item the same as the product I will be receiving?

Yes. The pictures and videos are of the items you will receive. Please give allowance for any slight color difference when viewed on some screens. The slight color aberrations are not within our control when pictures are taken or when viewed on some screens but we do try to sent you the most realistic pictures and video.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We offer all major debit and credit card payments including Shop Pay, Paypal, Klarna, Affirm, Amazon pay, Chase Bank payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, Meta Pay, Bancontact, American Express, iDEAL, Diners Club. Zelle payments, Direct Deposits and Western Union payments too.

How soon after payment is my order processed?

The payments are usually received 3 business days after you have paid. The production team will begin customization on the 4th business day. All items will be released after the final quality control and styling are done within the shipping time provided in the description or any extension given for the product you purchased.
